The Outlook and District Arts Council is responsible for the Art Gallery of Outlook and they host various events promoting all disciplines of the arts in the region. They also engage the community through diverse cultural programming, generating opportunities to experience the arts.

The River and Rail ArtVenture is a self-guided driving tour throughout west central Saskatchewan. Our 2024 ArtVenture includes dozens of Makers in galleries, private studios and workshops, a winery and other venues showcasing the talents of local artists, artisans, agribusiness, musicians and writers.
